Assemblies and Celebrations
Junior School Friday Assembly at 2:30pm in Mary MacKillop Hall, the awards presented, the Term 3 and Term 4 2026 class assembly roster, and celebration days including the Prep–2 Mini Olympics and Footy Colours Day.
Friday Assembly is where the Junior School gathers as one community to pray, celebrate and share what classes have been learning. Parents, grandparents and younger siblings are always welcome – many families make it a weekly habit. This page also lists the celebration days that punctuate the Junior School year.

Each Junior class also prepares a class liturgy once a year to which families are invited. See Masses and Liturgies.
Birthdays
We sing to birthday students at Friday Assembly. Families are welcome to send a treat to share with the class on the day, but please choose individually wrapped, nut-free items (icy poles or cupcakes from a commercial bakery with an ingredients label are ideal) in line with our Anaphylaxis and Allergy Aware Policy. Please do not send lolly bags or invitations for distribution at school.
