Year 4 Camp – Medical and Consent Forms Due Friday 28 August

Year 4 Camp to Camp Sunnystones, Bacchus Marsh, is just three weeks away. Before we can finalise groupings, dietary orders and first-aid plans, every Year 4 student needs completed forms on the Parent Portal by Friday 28 August 2026. Full program and packing list: Year 4 Camp – Camp Sunnystones.

Camp dates

• Depart: Thursday 10 September 2026, 8:30am from the Junior gate (students arrive 8:15am with luggage).
• Return: Friday 11 September 2026, 2:30pm to the Junior gate.
• Cost is included in the camp and excursion levy; there is nothing to pay.

Forms to complete (Parent Portal → Forms)

1. Consent form – one per student.
2. Medical form – please update even if nothing has changed since enrolment: current medications, asthma or anaphylaxis plans, recent injuries, and an emergency contact who can collect from Bacchus Marsh if needed.
3. Dietary form – allergies, intolerances and religious or vegetarian requirements. The camp kitchen is nut-free.

Medication

All medication (including over-the-counter items such as antihistamines or paracetamol) must be handed directly to Ms Marchetti by Wednesday 9 September 2026, in a named zip-lock bag with the pharmacy label attached and a completed medication authority. Students may not carry medication in their luggage, except asthma relievers and EpiPens, which travel with the student and their teacher.

A short pre-camp information session for students runs in class in the week beginning Monday 7 September 2026. Please contact Ms Marchetti if your child is anxious about camp — we plan for this every year and it usually resolves quickly.
