Spring Holiday Program – Bookings Open Monday 17 August

Wattle Creek OSHC will run its Spring Holiday Program on campus in the Hall Annexe across both weeks of the September holidays. The program is open to all Prep–Year 6 students of the College, including children not currently enrolled in before or after school care. Full program and daily themes: Holiday Program.

Dates and hours

• Monday 21 September – Friday 2 October 2026, 7:00am–6:00pm daily.
• Closed Friday 25 September 2026 (AFL Grand Final Eve public holiday).
• Drop-off and pick-up at the Hall Annexe door off the Junior car park. Late pick-up fee $2 per minute after 6:00pm.

Cost

• $78 per day, before Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Most families receive CCS; make sure your child's enrolment is confirmed in your myGov account so the subsidy applies.
• Excursion days: $78 + $15. Wednesday 23 September 2026 – Melbourne Zoo; Wednesday 30 September 2026 – Scienceworks. Excursion places are capped, so book early.
• Breakfast (until 8:30am) and afternoon tea are provided. Children bring their own morning tea, lunch and drink bottle — nut-free please.

Bookings

• Open: Monday 17 August 2026, 7:00am.
• Close: Friday 11 September 2026, 6:00pm.
• Book via the OSHC app or Parent Portal → OSHC → Holiday Program. Choose individual days; there is no minimum.
• Cancellations require 48 hours' notice to avoid the full fee. Days cancelled after bookings close are charged unless a medical certificate is provided.

New to OSHC?

Families who have not used Wattle Creek OSHC before need to complete an enrolment form (about 10 minutes) before booking. Details are on the OSHC – Before and After School Care page, or ask Mr Hartley at after care any afternoon.
