Child Care Subsidy
CCS applies to holiday program days exactly as it does to term sessions. Make sure your CCS enrolment with Wattle Creek OSHC is confirmed in myGov before the program starts, otherwise the full $78 will be charged and adjusted later. See OSHC – Before & After School Care for the steps.
What to bring each day
- Named wide-brim hat (SunSmart applies in the holidays too) and sunscreen applied before arrival – we reapply at 11:00am and 2:00pm.
- Packed lunch and two snacks (no nuts). Breakfast is served until 7:45am and afternoon tea is provided.
- Named drink bottle.
- Closed shoes every day – runners are ideal. No thongs or slides, even on Pyjama Day.
- A spare set of clothes for Prep–Year 2 children.
- No devices – phones, tablets and consoles stay at home.
- Excursion days: children should wear a bright top; OSHC supplies a hi-vis vest and wristband with the Coordinator's mobile number.
Bookings and cancellations
- Permanent term bookings do not carry over – every holiday day must be booked separately.
- Excursion days are capped at 40 children (coach capacity) and usually fill within a week of bookings opening.
- Cancellations require 48 hours' notice for a refund or credit. Excursion days cancelled after Monday 14 September 2026 are charged in full.
- Sick children: notify the Coordinator by 7:00am; a medical certificate allows the day to be credited.
