St Mary's College employs 165 staff across the Junior School (Prep–Year 6) and Senior School (Years 7–12). This page lists the people parents most often need to reach. As a rule of thumb: start with your child's classroom teacher (Junior) or homeroom teacher (Senior), then the year-level coordinator, then the Head of School. All staff can be emailed via the Parent Portal or reached by leaving a message with Reception on (03) 9555 0100; teachers generally reply within two school days.
