Uniform Shop
Uniform Shop hours, location, online ordering, exchanges, the 2026 price list, and how to book a 2027 Prep or Year 7 fitting from Tuesday 20 October 2026.
The Uniform Shop is on campus on the ground floor of the Convent Building (enter from the Junior courtyard) and is run by Mrs Lisa Trần with Noone Imagewear, our uniform supplier. All College-branded items are sold only through the Uniform Shop, in person or online via the Parent Portal. For the rules on what is worn when, see the Uniform & Grooming Policy.

Ordering online
- Log in to the Parent Portal and open Uniform Shop.
- Choose items and sizes (a size guide with garment measurements is on each item).
- Pay by card at checkout.
- Select deliver to classroom/homeroom (within two school days) or click-and-collect during shop hours.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for unworn items with tags attached – bring the receipt or order number. Faulty items are replaced at any time.

Black leather lace-up school shoes and predominantly white runners are not sold by the shop – any retailer is fine.
What to buy, and when
- Summer uniform (Terms 1 and 4) – from Monday 5 October 2026 all students change to summer uniform. The navy wide-brim hat is compulsory in Terms 1 and 4 for every student; students without a hat play in the shade. Check hats and summer dresses/shorts for fit before the September holidays – Term 4 is our busiest fortnight.
- Winter uniform (Terms 2 and 3) – navy jumper for all; Senior students must wear the blazer to and from school, with tie.
- Sport uniform – worn only on the student's timetabled PE/sport day and for Junior Friday sport. See Sport Uniform.
- House polo – needed for carnivals and House Spirit Day; check your child's house colour (MacKillop green, Chisholm blue, Polding gold, Romero red).
- Art smock – recommended for Prep–Year 4.
Fittings for 2027 Prep and Year 7 families
Fitting appointments for students starting Prep or Year 7 in 2027 can be booked from Tuesday 20 October 2026 via Parent Portal > Bookings. Appointments are 20 minutes, run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and selected Saturdays in November and December, and are also available on Year 7 Orientation Day, Tuesday 24 November 2026. Orders placed at a fitting are ready for collection from Monday 7 December 2026 or in January. Allow about $450–$550 for a full Prep summer/winter set and $750–$900 for Year 7 including blazer and sport uniform.
Second-hand uniform
The P&F runs a second-hand uniform stall on the second Saturday of each term month, 9:00am–11:00am in the Hall foyer – next on Saturday 12 September 2026. Details and prices on Second-hand Uniform.
